Hotels and guest information
Hotels control the guest information they enter into AtithiOps and are responsible for collecting and using it lawfully. AtithiOps processes that information only to provide the service and related support.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with essential service providers or authorities when legally required. Records are retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Security and choices
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Authorised hotels may request access, correction or deletion of their account information, subject to legal retention requirements.
